Soaps' Sensational Newcomers

Just the Facts
Born on: November 7
Hails from: Fremont, CA
L.A. Woman: "I'm renting a new apartment that's as big as a house.  It's a two-bedroom, 1930s Spanish style in the hills.  If they put it up for sale, I just may buy it."
Welcome Wagon: "Whenever I meet a person, I'm just, 'Yap, yap, yap,' talking away."
Mom's The Word: "As much as we girls grow up thinking we don't want to be like our mothers, we all end up being just like them."

What's one of your most treasured high school memories?
"I went to a Catholic school, so we had to wear a gray uniform every day. But since I was a cheerleader, we got to wear our cheerleading uniforms to school on game days. That was a big deal."

What personality traits have you inherited?
"Part of my family is Russian aristocracy - very reserved, polite and well-mannered. I got some of that from my mother. I never chew gum in front of other people, because it's unladylike.  On the other hand, I'm not as reserved as my mother. I like to let loose and have fun. But still, she taught me how to be a lady [laughs]. And I do know how to be a lady when I need to be."

What foods do you avoid?
"I hate fish! If it comes out of the ocean, I don't eat it."

Even tuna?
"If it comes out of the ocean, i don't eat it. Do I need to be more specific [laughs]? Seafood is seafood, and I don't eat any of it."

What makes you cry?
"Disrespect for animals. I hate movies that depict animals in abusive situations and make I funny. That is absolutely unacceptable to me. Therefore, I do not go see movies like that. It's no gunny at all. Period."
